History

Teltrac Communications Limited began trading on 16 May 1991 as a contractor to Telecom South delivering business and residential cabling services.

Initially Teltrac had fourteen staff, all based in Christchurch. Today, twenty years on, Teltrac have over 70 skilled staff based in branches in Dunedin, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington.

In addition we have a joint venture partner in Auckland with Data-Tech Services Ltd providing a further twenty eight skilled staff as well as a network of subcontractors throughout New Zealand and Australia that enables Teltrac Communications to provide a one point of contact, same product set and high standard of installation to its corporate clients throughout New Zealand and its corporate branches in Australia

Today, Teltrac no longer contracts to Telecom, but self generates all of its own business in a diverse range of Telecommunications products with specialized divisions focusing on distinct telecommunication product areas.
